Gardening with Wildlife Workshops

Join our very own wildlife rehabilitator and sustainability expert Jo Kennedy and organic food gardener and compost coach Alisa Allison, from Reconnect to Nature, for a fun and informative workshop.

    • 10am – 12.30pm Wednesday 22nd October 2025, Dunsborough

During this workshop you’ll –

  • Learn how to attract beneficial insects & other garden guardians for natural pest control.

  • Learn how to garden in harmony with the local wildlife and nurture nature so it nurtures your garden in return.

  • Learn how to care for the local wildlife in the summer heat.

  • Enjoy a tour of my home garden and be inspired by small-scale examples of creating habitat for wildlife.

  • Spend a mindful moment observing beneficial insects and other garden guardians in the garden.

  • Make your own bee watering station to take home with you.

Jo Kennedy – Wildlife rehabilitator, sustainability educator, and founder of A Single Leaf South West, helping communities live in harmony with nature.
Alisa Allison – Organic food gardener, certified compost coach, and nature advocate from Reconnect to Nature, passionate about soil health and biodiversity.
